mpv (libmpv-2.dll)

that statically links FFmpeg (built --enable-gpl --enable-version3, GPL-3.0-or-later),
libass, libplacebo, x264, x265 and other libraries; the combined program is distributed
under the GNU GPL version 3 or later (see LICENSE).
